When we opened in 1989, our goal was to focus on long term partnerships. We respect our clients, our employees and our reputation. This is why we take a careful approach to fully survey the needs of our clients and to offer the highest quality roofing products with the best warranties on the market today. We invest heavily in our employees and DO NOT SUBCONTRACT LABOR. We don’t take opportunities when it isn’t a good fit for both the potential client as well as for us.

We are organized as a women owned business. Three members of the Klein family hold 100% ownership in the corporation. One or more of the Klein family members takes an active interest in EVERY JOB. EVERY JOB MATTERS.
We live in the communities that we serve. We see people who work in the buildings that we have roofed at ball games and at Rotary meetings. We believe in service and building strong relationships therefore we always do the right thing for our clients EVERY TIME. We LISTEN to our clients and understand the purpose of the building (restaurant, hospital, high rise, office, manufacturing plant, warehouse). We learn both the long and short-term needs of each client. We want a team environment and strive to far surpass the client's expectations. We are proud to say that our customers return to us, sometimes two decades later, to continue to assist them with their roofing needs.

When studying the value of our business there are a few intangible factors that come to play. First, we NEVER SUBCONTRACT LABOR and have a very low turnover rate. Due to years of challenging economic times and regulations, most roofing companies dumped all field labor and subcontract it as needed. We don’t believe that any company can guarantee quality when they hire field labor that does not understand the complexities of different types of commercial roof systems nonetheless the culture and expectations of the company they are working with. Our least tenured supervisor has been with Klein Contracting for twelve years and we have personnel that have been with us since we opened the door.
We believe in investing both time and money into training our personnel to work to the highest standards that any manufacturer could demand. ALL of our field personnel are trained in CPR, First Aid AND have at LEAST an OSHA 10 hr. class. We invest in safety equipment and never cut corners. Our EMR is an impressive .70 (industry average of 1).
We understand that our employees are the people you see day to day on your project and our goal is to offer you the most competent, talented and consistent work force to care about your needs and to assure that you have a successful project.

We live in and believe in the communities where we operate. Our kids attend the schools and universities that we roof. We support the business that trust us with their roofing needs. That is why we invest in several organizations as well as participate in service to the community.
We install Energy Star solutions because we know that energy efficiency is good for all of us and the planet we live on. We are a certified Women Owned Business and appreciate all the companies who have supported Women Owned Business in America. We love being active members in the National Roofing Contractors Association as it is a premier partner in education and advocacy in our industry. We are Rotarians in our community because we want to invest in the needs of our own back yard. Finally, we appreciate the service of our veterans and have been active in setting up and supporting a program at the Atlanta Humane Society that adopts companion pets to our veterans as well as we are strong advocates of The Shepherd Center's SHARE military initiative and encourage you to view both of these programs by clicking above and please share with anyone who may benefit from these efforts.
