For over three decades, the heart of our business has been re-roofing. Our projects range in complexity from high-rise buildings and switching stations to maternity wards and more. We serve an equal mix of both public and private clients.
We provide solutions that will not disrupt everyday business. We also offer 15, 20, and 30-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranties on roofing systems. We strive to work efficiently and to find the most cost-effective solutions. Our management has more than two hundred years of combined experience in commercial construction, including extensive roofing work for The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T, and numerous school districts.
We value and strive to develop long-term relationships with our clients, employees, and the community. We don't subcontract labor and frequently honor clients' requests for us to use labor crews from other projects on which they have worked.
We treat our clients as we wish to be treated - with respect and integrity. We approach our projects as a team and believe in accountability. We are fortunate to have the majority of our team as long-tenured employees. In fact, the average employment at Klein Contracting is well over 12 years. Three of our key personnel are shown above. Candace Klein, President (right), graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and currently has 25 years of construction experience. With a focus on risk- management, she manages the financial and overall health and growth of the company. Robert Klein, General Manager (left), graduated as a Professional Engineer from The University of Maryland. He now has over 50 years of construction experience and lives to solve complex problems. Francisco Diaz, Operations Manager (not pictured), graduated from Instituto Nocturno Evangelico Bethel. He has more than 30 thirty years of construction experience and focuses on implementing value-added solutions for clients.
